Those in the health insurance claims industry have the responsibility as liaison between the patient, physician and insurance carrier. In this sensitive but critical role we believe it is our responsibility to:

Provide accurate and true information pertinent to our client.

Obtain written approval for the disclosure of all personal, medical and financial information for the client or designated medical professional.

Protect all medical, personal and financial information supplied by our client and use such information for the betterment of our client.

We will never willingly be a party to submitting fraudulent claims to insurers, government agencies or health care providers.

Strive to improve the quality and competence of services performance through continuing education.

Raise the standards of our profession by performing all business activities with the highest sense of integrity, including the explanation of services rendered and disclosure of fees for such services and any fees for additional services in advance of performing said services.

Comply with the ever changing Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.
